Those people in the back that didn't Catch it where she was talking about all Institutions are not even in it yet guys They're not fully in it but they're Making their moves now so remember we're Retail investors and you saw the rally With retail investors from 2020 to 2022 Now we have institutions involved oh Anything from like pre-2020 there was Very little institutional interest in in Bitcoin it was a retail driven globally Retail driven phenomenon and now I would Say there is a lot of uh institutional Money That tracks it it's also why you see Such interest in Derivatives uh the the volatility in Bitcoin I think is one thing that really Attracts a lot of institutional Investors and you have to understand That you know Bitcoin is maybe the only Globally traded asset that I know of Whose demand is purely based on Sentiment you know there's not a Bitcoin Company there isn't Bitcoin uh uh price Earning ratios it's just a sentiment Driven token and um what you can say About that of course is that sentiment Has no limits uh you can always be more Optimistic and that's what's happening Right now guys The Narrative with the Economy in America and Bricks dollariz The presidential election the weak Economy buried in debt in America it's
Just making the narrative much more I'm Going to use a weird word juicy for Bitcoin juicy comment down below if you Heard that juicy uh it's just making it Just it's getting juicier and juicier And juicier every single reason why you Would want Bitcoin and so this rally may Be the biggest we've seen if we just Look at where we stand today prehab for Bitcoin and look at historical patterns That would suggest and I'm not Predicting this I'm just saying if you Applied the historical patterns it would Suggest Bitcoin being in excess of $300,000 at the peak of this next bull Market that's crazy 300K if you got in at 4,000 maybe 25,000 I mean it takes people a lifetime to Make that much money in a company isn't That wild so this is Mark cubin they They at the end of one of these Interviews here they threw out some Bitcoin questions for him with Bitcoin Testing a new all-time high right now Your thoughts on this crypto rally and I Guess just as importantly since you've Been outspoken about it in the past how Much your portfolio isn't Cryptocurrency um I don't even know how Much but it's Happy um you know Bitcoin in particular And E ether um net um eth to a a smaller Extent Bitcoin is just driven by supply And demand there's only going to be 21

Going to show you my exact stuff here But this is a dummy account so this Isn't my personal account so if you go Here assets so shib pumped like crazy Yesterday okay so if we go here is let's Go here dummy yep right here okay cool If you click shib right here okay so if You see this right here I want to show You an example of an Exit Plan okay so Here's an example on the dummy account Basically what you're doing when you're Exiting okay so our first exit Target Was 0.333 okay so Merlin sent me an alert to Exit it told me exactly how many tokens I need to exit and I put my estimated Tax in there would they be short Short-term or long-term capital gains This is a a dummy account you have to Figure out based on your tax bracket is It shortterm and long-term that's what I Want to talk about right now I've been Holding shib since 2020 so that would be long-term capital Gains anything under a year is Short-term anything over a Year's Longterm there's a big difference in the Taxes there so make sure you do your Research consult a tax professional That's really important okay so that Goes into whole your strategy right if You're just getting into Bitcoin which I Got into Bitcoin recently last year Okay So I would be in short-term gains right
Now now I've gained a large amount on Bitcoin because of the parabolic move But also I have to look at the weight Based on my exit plan with long Short-term capital gains they're much Larger than long-term capital gains After a year so I think I'll be able to Make in the Bull Run 2025 as we're going through that I'll be Over a year holding my Bitcoin and that Would make more sense for me to Exit Them because the the capital gains would Be less on that does that make sense the Taxes but most of my cryptos I'm in Profit and I've been holding and they're All in short long-term capital gains Does that make sense so most of my Cryptos that I'm holding besides Bitcoin Is now in long-term capital gains so it Makes sense for me to Exit the markets Because I'm in profit right now because I've been holding since 2020 uh late 2019 early 2020 somewhere around there So I've been holding at these low prices And I'm in profit so exiting makes sense For me because I have a game plan so When I exit 50% of my portfolio I'm Holding 50% long-term forever Legacy I'm Not touching it the 50% that exit I'm Max funding my index Universal Life Policies okay that's that's what I'm Doing personally that's what's worked For me so I'm ready to Max Fund I'll be Max funding those policies from there
I'll borrow from the cash value to buy More assets real estate more businesses Precious metals self-development all the Things that are going to add value in Roi I will not buy liabilities unless They're bought for by an asset okay very Very important okay you won't see me Driving a Lambo or a Supercar or Anything like that and if you do no if You do see me excuse me it's paid for by An asset I love fast cars but I do I Need it no do I want it yes but a need And a want are very different if I want It then I make sure that I get an asset That pays for it that's where I change My mindset okay so I have to wait Patiently until I can get it from an Asset does that make sense okay so when I pull money from the crypto markets I'm Making sure it's secure I'm making sure I get market like gains and I can access The cash value okay now 50% of my Portfolio as I said I'm exiting the 50% That I'm holding will do is I'll stake Some of it for interest income and I'll Leverage or collateralize some of it for Tax-free income okay so I just wanted to Bring that part up too because you got To be careful with all these influencers You know explaining things to you Because you know if you're in short-term Capital gains there's a big difference Between short-term under a year selling In long term so if your Bitcoin went up
