Has said previously I don't know if he Said it while he's been in office but He's definitely alluded to the fact uh Since he's been in office that Bitcoin Is is definitely a commodity so where we Stand on E ium is is kind of unclear Right now and every single interview he Does every single hot seat appearance on On Capitol Hill he has no answer as to Whether ethereum is a security or not so Whether that has any bearing on whether We'll see an ETF this year we'll have to See but I think it probably will um you Know I I think Gary was sort of forced To approve this this the Bitcoin spot Well my qu if he's forced to because of A Court ruling then where why isn't Everybody saying he where's the people Filing the the the xrp ETF because There's been a Court ruling on that Too wasn't really any more options and With ethereum it's a little bit of a Different story so I think his sort of Prejudice against crypto and and Everything it stands for and it status As potential Securities tokens or not Could have an effect so I know we have All these deadlines to look forward to Kind of similar with what we saw with Bitcoin spot but I'm I'm a little more Concerned about the sec's stance Particularly Gary Gensler stance on on Ethereum itself no no no I think you're More in line to be right I'm in the same
