Approval and then Fred RIS pooy says so Two Commissioners figuratively said we Don't care what the appell at court Ordered us to Do that that's really it right there I Think Fred just hit it hit it out the Park Grand Slam Fred you know how can you have two Commissioners still voting against this Decision when you've been cornered by a Judge for being arbitrary and capricious And somehow you still have the Unmitigated Gall to put not Approve well this gets good you know Hester Pur has not been a fan of Gary Gendler's leadership or lack thereof at The SEC this is just a highlight here David Schwarz grabs out of a statement she Released that is absolutely excor Ating of Gary Gensler here we're going To get to that in a minute shout out to Met metal law man James Murphy this is what uh commissioner pers Said here prejudiced against the Underlying asset listen to this rather Than the commission rather than Admitting error offers a weak Explanation for change of heart in the Past the commission allowing our Prejudice against underlying asset to Get in the way has rejected applications Basis that the Bitcoin Market was still
