Coin I want to go into this one very Quickly here the eu's uh markets and Crypto assets regulation which we know As Micah is one of the most Comprehensive Frameworks for regulating Crypto assets including stable coins Micah classifies stable coins as Electronic money tokens and requires Issuers to be authorized by and Supervised by national competent Authorities this ensures compliance in Any- money laundering and combating Financial terrorism regulations if Launched in the EU Ripple stable coin Would need to comply with Micah's Requirements this includes obtaining Authorization as an electronic money Institution Maintaining adequate reserves uh and Adhering to strict Capital uh adequacy Rules while this adds a layer of Complexity it also provides a clear path Of legitimate stable coin operations in The EU then it comes here and it talks About the US stable coin regulations Landscape remain fragmented unlike the EU the US relies on a patchwork of Regulation from different agencies as we Know and hopefully we get that pass this Year along with a resolution to the Ripple case right so we'll see how that Goes but nevertheless I want to take you To this because Bank xrp grabbed it I Was going to do a post of it here no xrp
