Anytime the AAA to BBB order books used Where AAA and BBB are issued currencies On The Ledger so what is auto bridging um Auto Bridging is one of those great features On The Ledger that is not only a very Old one but it is one that separates xrp From all other tokens and currencies um By providing Essentially liquidity and better Conversion to illiquid pairs in order Books by injecting synthetic orders so What we so let's consider the following Here we have a direct order book okay we Call it direct order Book direct order book between Euro and USD And it works like that sorry for my Drawing Skill but filled with bunch of offer Direct order book so basically people Directly wanting to buy and sell between Euro and USD okay they create offers Directly between euro and USD that's the Direct order book okay and we Say xrp Okay Xrp um Bridges Euro uh USD okay we say xrp Bridges Euro USD and how does it do it do that it Goes from Euro to xrp Okay uh xrp sorry xrp to USD okay and it
Works in a way that we construct a new Order book or basically we Source two Other order books to construct a Synthetic one and in a way of like this Where we have Here um xrp Euro Okay and here is the order book for xrp Euro this order book exists of course it Has a bunch of offers um it has xrp as The counterparty in the offer here in The order book so probably very liquid And there's a lot of offers for it um And same here for Sorry um Xrp USD okay so here's xrp USD again bunch of offers in it and we Combine both okay according to this here Here we go from Euro uh to xrp and then USD okay so we combine those we we we go From one currency to Another because the conversion is better And and therefore the outcome should be A better rate we can convert between Euro okay here between euro and USD and We combine those here at the bottom okay And create what we call let's say first Euro USD okay this Euro USD again bunch Of offers or bridged offers we call as Well bridg offers and um that is a Synthetic Um oh Sorry a Sythetic um order book okay that's a Synthetic order book that we created
Here okay this part here we created the Synthetic order book out out of xrp Euro And xrp Usdt and we oh my goodness sorry and we Went from and we go from direct order Book Bill up here direct order book to The following Here creating now an order book okay Again between Euro and USD Okay going to put this Here like this like this where green and Blue here is set to be synthetic or Direct orders okay so the blue ones are Synthetic the the green ones are direct Orders and we call that Combined Combined Sorry combined order book okay where we Have Direct And synthetic okay so we have direct and Synthetic and by the way this order book Here is ordered as well okay um it's Ordered and we basically constructed a New order book a combined order book With direct offers okay here with direct Offers direct orders and with like said Here down there with synthetic ones so We create a new one and we basically Injected synthetic uh offers orders into The order book making it more or better In terms of the conversion okay and
That's exactly right and I want to cut In here and I I'm telling you I can't Thank vet enough for this video it is Phenomenal but you see what's happening Here it allows him just as he said to Combine these these two order books Direct and synthetic and now you have The offering where xrp could make a Market even in a highly liquid market Like Euro to USD where you normally Wouldn't need it because xrp can work so Fast and once it's plugged into so many Different places to Source the uh Transactions from xrp in some instances May be cheaper so that is going to be Very interesting to see that integration Like that and that offering of these Order books and I hope at this visual Because I certainly loved this visual When I saw it and I said gosh I hope you Guys do too so shout out to him for that That is a great understanding and again Come to xrp Las Vegas make the Investment in yourself we're going to be Discussing features and things like this Coming to The xrp Ledger and again it Could change what you know about the Asset that you hold and why do you want To know it because Swift isn't fast Enough yeah that's the latest ad from Ripple in the Subways Swift Swift isn't Fast enough you think they're bringing Clawback features to The xrp Ledger for Nothing they're doing it so they can
Claw back transactions just like they Would in the traditional payment market Cbdcs and stable coins and it's not a Mistake that you cannot claw back Xrp or automated market makers to create More liquidity with automated market Makers and liquidity pools so we don't Have to see financial institutions make Payments and go to centralized exchanges And buy it out of the order books that Is not a solution Make what we're talking about is the Understanding that you're really setting All of this up for massive financial Institutions to plug into this system And I think the uh 60D the XLS 60D is Showing me that they are building things To create these Solutions and these uh Abilities to integrate xrp as pairings To naturally sit as an option inside of Payments and FX it's pretty remarkable What's coming so now speaking of what's Coming dark Defender shows us a chart Here where it's the RSI relative Strength index and if you look at this We're not too far from bouncing off the Same line we saw in 2021 before the bull Run and then the same line the support They bounced off of in 2017 to 2018 so as we see there could be a Little more downside before we hit that Spike of support but it doesn't mean it Has to happen that way now does it so we Got all eyes looking forward something
