John Deon for having Stephen nay off and His lawyer on not only is eth gate Bigger it's way bigger you're going to Hear but you need let me set these clips Up here for one the SEC claimed that They were not involved behind Steven nof And his uh arrest but there is massive Evidence that suggests highly otherwise And uh you need to hear it let's start Here and you won't believe the bombshell That he's going to drop on us here it Was heavy and you're going to get it Today right now Steve you've made Comments on social media that multi- Agency uh Co cooperation you said the SEC is implicated in your arrest uh I Want to show exhibit 13 uh where this is a Discovery request And the Department of Justice basically Says that employees and agents of the US Securities Exchange Commission were not Part of the prosecution team which Rebuts what you're claiming right there You're claiming that the SEC is involved And they're like hey they're not part of The prosecution team so I understand That you did something smart next and You sent a foyer request to the SEC and Here it is and even though they weren't Part of the prosecution team they say They got 14 gigabytes of data on you 112 Boxes of Records and we're talking uh uh just so People know if it's a banker's box then
It's uh it fits 2500 pages per box I Know that just from my uh civil Litigation practice um and 112 box Would equal 280,000 8 by1 pages of documents and Evidence and so I know the doj said that The SEC is not involved but the SEC has Why does the SEC have 14 gigabytes and 280,000 pages of documents on you Steve Were you ever investigated by the SEC Would did you were you part of an Enforcement action why so much data on You I have no idea I mean there's there Is no explanation and what they said was Well in in in three years we'll consider Your request and then you know it was Basically they they denied it so I'm we Are filing suit um to compel them to Give it and under the Privacy Act They're not allowed to Get personally identifiable information About me from the doj um but what uh you Know we've pieced together and it's Beyond the scope of this right now now But we pieced together they not only I Wouldn't say they were just part of the Prosecution team they were directing the Entire prosecution from the SEC it's the Same group uh you know Henman Berger These you know Valerie uh that um and They placed somebody in the eastern District of New York where I was getting Prosecuted from the SEC um so uh you Know they were really calling the shots
It was very clear wow okay well that's Not all and the bomb drop's coming but I Want you to take a listen to this clip Right here and we'll start right here And listen to uh uh stepen theay off's Lawyer here Michael Scot and listen to This there's an exchange here it's a few Minutes but you need to hear this whole Exchange right and and again we were Very surprised and when they they put Their response in to our motion to Dismiss and our motion to compel they Said well if the case goes any further You know at that point they made the Decision you know after we revealed Everything that had gone on and the Misconduct and the the fabricating of Evidence to basically cut their losses And and moved you know they opposed our Motion to dismiss but they moved to Dismiss and then they said well you know Really it's kind of moot all right um Back to you now uh Steve um it's almost Like reading a novel when I when I read This for the first time can you just for Those that don't know because not Everyone that's watching this and that Will watch it or where can you describe Circumstances of your arrest so yeah it Was about 5 something in the morning um And uh was about a dozen Agents uh busted in through my door with Guns blazing um you know like um some I Don't know what and I was in my bedroom
And they all came into my bedroom and Kind of surrounded me with their guns Out um and uh I said what are you here For and so they said they wouldn't Answer me they and and and this was the Agent that I'm talking about that's That's actually running this whole thing Is the agent that I reported her lady to As a con artist right and and he would Never speak to me about it um you know So then uh they did a few things number One uh a number of the agents uh because There was somebody else in the house Went through my entire house and Searched the entire house um and there Was no search for number two uh the that Agent Jordan Anderson took my phone and Put it up to my face and I I I went like This so you know it wouldn't open up and He said well tell me what the code is And I just said no um and so you they They made me sit there for for quite a While then you know fast forward to uh The van scene now all the other agents Left um except for Jordan Anderson and One other agent um and there was a white Van right in front of uh my my home and They put me in the van and this and this Is not like one of those cushy Vans with Like you know TVs or anything it was Like a van with like metal you know Floor and they they just had me sitting On the floor handcuffed and uh so he Gets out his book and he's like looking
At it and he says you know as if you Know he knows what the sentence is going To be and he said you're not going to See your kids grow up you know you're Going to be going away for decades so uh You know you better cooperate and then He said you know he said here and he Gives me this clipboard with like I you Know I don't know how many pages maybe 50 pages or so and he said you know we Want information on them and any anybody Else you have and I just I I still Haven't been speaking right I'm just Taking this all in right and so I start Looking at this list and I'm like wait a Minute like I know a lot of these people These are like you know really ogs and Titans in the industry and people that I Know to be you know honest and I'm Looking at this I'm thinking to myself This feels like a Witch Hunt right and So you know he said let's start you know There was like there was somebody named David right let's start with David you Know tell me about David and I was like You and you know he said well if if you Don't know anything like where dides he Go on vacation who his girlfriend where Does he trade crypto and you like so Then I just looked at him and I said uh You know I didn't know I didn't the only Thing I could say um was did anybody Read me my Miranda rights because I Really wanted him to stop you know
Harassing I wasn't gonna answer the Other agent in the van did not appear to Understand what was Transpiring right he kind of looked at Me with like a sorry look it wasn't a Bad cop good cop thing right he was just Like like kind of lost and you know that Could be really reason why the rest Report didn't come my way because it Would have to be Truthful well that doesn't stop there Because here's where the real bombshell Comes in Stephen nof says I'm about to Drop a bombshell and tell you that the Maker Dow hack that took place was an Inside job and they brought William Henman in to do the cover up this is What he said to drop a bombshell right Now and I'm going to make a statement And it's what we discovered as we kind Of we kind of tripped into this but the Famous Dow hack which Bill Henman was The first thing that he did when he got There he wrote the Dow report to kind of Cover over the whole Dow the Dow Incident that Dow hack was an inside job By members of the ethereum foundation And whoever was controlling the Bitcoin Wallet from the Ico um is directly Implicated but it had to Involve quite a number of people and so There was no Dow Hack That was uh a Complete inside job and they benefited From it and in a whole host of different
Ways can can you you know again uh this Is news to me can you uh prove this like On through onchain kind of analysis Instead of just subjective you know C Evidence not my opinion I mean that's The beauty of blockchain it's it's not My opinion you know you you can look at The wallets you can see you know I'll Give you one example you know one one of The wallets that's connected to I'm not Going to make any individual accusations On this Pro show right but one of the Wallets is connected to a certain Individual actually communicated with The Hacker's wallet um you know 10 days Before um and another one of the Individuals at the ethereum foundation You know set up the contract for the Hack and set up you know uh the wallets Um so you know that's like you know none Of that makes any sense um you know There's there's a lot more I mean I'm Just giving you some antidotal stuff That absolutely doesn't make any sense So you know there there's there's a ton More than that all right well listen uh We are look I tell you you know this is Uh uh you know what he's saying should Be Verifiable by someone who knows how to Search this information on Chain so it's it's very troubling what We're seeing here now this is uh the Importance of keeping receipts they
