Judge when the other person's not there The opponent the company their lawyers Are not there and the SEC says to the Judge look judge you've got to freeze The assets of this company because they Are closing bank accounts and sending Money overseas and customers are going To be lost out you got to do this judge We don't have time for the normal Process of suing them and coming into Court this must be done now to protect Innocent people that's that's the claim And there's no one there to defend and Say judge that's not right whatever so The judge because it's so powerful the Judge then granted that seized the Company's assets you know what that Means Ellie when you seize the company's Assets you freeze it that means checks And direct deposits don't happen that Means employees with mortgage payments That's right during the holiday don't Get paid that's right understand regular Hardworking people don't get paid Because the SEC went in and lied to the Judge misled the judge and that's what Happened and so the judge comes back and Imagine if you're a judge and you sign a Restraining order and you sign that the Company's assets are all Frozen their Bank accounts are frozen and check Are uh bouncing from here to everywhere In the world and and people uh and just Think about the employees who wrote
