Even if they get the records if Ripple Can show that they were accredited Investors then it's fine those sales Were okay right so there are exemptions So um you know remember none of this was Fraud none of this was fraud this is About breaking an actual Rule and then What is the penalty going to be I mean The judge is going to take in account Also how much they've already spent in Legal fees it's like $200 million right And so like I said we have to wait to Kind of see how it plays out but there Are just because they sold Uh Securities to institution Institutional sales it could be okay Right because there could be exemptions One of them being that they sold them to Accredit investors that were in the know And so it was fine so I think it's just More of maneuvering to where we're we're Going to end up it doesn't seem though Like they're going to settle it seems Like they're kind of still at each Other's throats you know but it could be All just for show at the end of the day So
