Responsibility to a third party um and And but then the the downsides to all of That of course is is uh you know some You know you'd actually suppose you you Didn't want the FED to be uh uh Responsible for processing the payments I mean suppose you know the the FED will Likely impose some kyc restrictions on On some purchases they might not process Them purchases that you might want to Undertake um and so it was at that point That I said well you know we could if we Wanted to extend the concept one step Further uh I'm not saying that this is Ever going to happen but just Conceptually you could imagine not fed Wire for all but kind of like a fedcoin Where what the FED would do is actually Just issue these uh you know Bitcoin Like objects but um and and they would Enforce a a par exchange rate with the US dollar that would eliminate the Exchange rate volatility uh but they Could delegate the the clearing of these Payments to some third party you know Some sort of Ripple likee protocol or Possibly even Bitcoin I mean we could Delegate the responsibility of Processing these these electronic you Know fedcoin payments to the miners and The idea there would be yeah which you Don't need um that's a pretty Interesting thing for him to bring up I Happened to run across the guys from
Bankless were interviewing Justin's son For those of you that don't know there Was a a Chinese guy and a Russian guy That in the early days just happened to Go sleep on the couches at Ripple I Don't think Justin's son was sleeping on The couches but he was an early employee Of Ripple happens to be a Chinese guy Goes on to found Tron and then of course Vitalic butterin comes and sleeps on the Couch and goes on to found Ethereum small world huh in around uh 200 um 11 uh I graduate from p University uh in Beijing at that time And then I appli for uh The Graduate School in United States uh in upen so I Uh join uh upen in around 2012 and then at 2012 I started getting Started to know uh about Bitcoin so at That time Bitcoin is around um $1 uh Trading on MTX um but at at that time I start to Know about Bitcoin and around 2013 I join uh Ripple lapse so at that Time it's called opencoin I was uh I Think the first like Asian employee Probably in uh Rabs um and then later company Rebrand To rapse so before that it's called open Coin uh and then Rebrand to rapse Uh and then I was the first employee um In China as well um I was sent by repo Back to China to be uh the chief Representative uh in Greater China area
Um so I did lots of the work to uh Develop uh xrp and rippo Community uh at That time um and then uh I move on uh uh Leave repo I think around 201 16 um then uh created a new Blockchain uh called Trong okay so there's that then you got Steven nof commenting on John Deon for Senate you know Massachusetts voters Should wake up and realize that John Deon crypto aside he is like on every Single issue and John John you know is Representing me in a case um I've spoken In detail but guy is just like super Sharp and understands people what I Think Deon is so powerful in is that he Has an understanding of Regulation Understanding of legislators and he has He's a force of nature to begin with That's right that he could be the one That could get a coalition especially if They have a majority in in both houses And and and in in this in the white House um and actually get appropriate Legislation okay and then we got this With having to do with John Deon we got To show this this is the guy that just Happens to pop up he's he's he uh he Hangs around all of the the Biden and The Elizabeth War he's in all these Pictures with them but he just nine day I think it was nine days after John Deon Announced he's going to run against Elizabeth Warren all of a sudden this
