Enjoys making YouTube videos about Crypto related topics but just as a Hobby and just for fun all right by the Way at the time I'm recording this it is 6:54 p.m. central Time Friday January 5th 2024 and uh the post on your screen Right now on social media platform X was Sh at 3:22 p.m. central Time uh this is Something from Nate garach he's the President of the ETF store and he shared A snippet from a Bloomberg article with A comment uh this is the Bloomberg Article titled Bitcoin ETF issuers clear Major hurdle on path to SEC approval and So he wrote The Following think this is An important update already spot Bitcoin ETF progress SEC staff had no additional Feedback on the paperwork for several of The firms after the latest Amendment Ments final 19 b4s can now be Submitted and so basically the takeaway From that is that the SEC has gotten all The eyes dotted all the tees crossed now You just filed the damn paperwork and so That's the that was the major Development here and here you can see uh The snippet that he wanted to highlight Most from that Bloomberg article reads As follows the staff had no additional Feedback on the paperwork for several of The firms after the latest amendments Two of the people set so there you have Insiders people in the know um and
Typically as I mean this is frequently The case when you're talking about you Know journalists having sources uh People aren't named it's just how it is Welcome to journalism but um Eric Balunis responded this now that name's Probably sounding familiar to you by now If you've been following what's going on Here uh he is a senior ETF analyst for Bloomberg so he is in the no and he also Has his own sources and here's what he Said in response to what I just shared With you from Nate Garach yeah it's basically done latest I'm hearing from multiple sources that Final s1s are due 8:00 a.m. on Monday as SEC is trying to line everyone up for January 11th launch that said I still Want to hear it from the SEC to call it Official and so from his sources he's Like Yep this is all buttoned up but Technically and he's just being Responsible want to hear it from the SEC That it's official but you're talking About this thing launching like on the 11th so if the final approval does come As late as January 10th which is the Latest that he thinks is plausible like He's literally saying the next day yep It's go that's fascinating uh there's This post from credible crypto and he Wrote official approval is still January 8th through 10th but from what people Who are much more knowledgeable than me
About this stuff say there is a filing Of some documents before official Approvals 19 b4s and s1s that are pretty Much unofficial approvals and so that's Why this is so significant FKS he says Those filings are are expected to come Imminently and he posted that at 3:27 P.m. and then they started rolling in Take a look at this uh there is this Post from Katie Grield um was Bloomberg right crypto This is yeah that's Bloomberg okay I Thought so uh so Katie grield who's with Bloomberg shared the following the SEC Told exchanges plus issuers told to Submit their final 19 b4s today for Their spot Bitcoin ETF applications SEC Commissioner plan to vote next week and That was at 3:06 p.m. then we saw this This is from James Seer this is the Other big name that everbody in the World of crypto has been tracking um He's also with Bloomberg and he's been Providing all sorts of updates he's got His own sources of course he wrote There's the first 19 B4 Amendment filing Here we go and um here you can see the News NASDAQ filed an amendment for the Valkyri Bitcoin etf1 19 B4 filing that Was at 3:43 p.m. central Time so you can See late afternoon it's this the stuff Just started rolling in uh here's black Rocks um this was at 3:57 p.m. then we Had uh at 4:33 p.m. just a little bit
Later noted that um he had even more he James cffr wrote we also had the filing From Arc invest in 21 shares uh for Their Bitcoin ETF second from CBOE this Is seven out of the 11 we are expecting Or at least looking for it's absolutely Pouring legal documents that for some Reason a random part of the internet About including me and then you can see By the time when was this posted 5:21 P.m. central Time uh Jacqueline melenic Who is with a tech crunch a senior Crypto reporter uh she noted that all 11 Applicants had filed their 19 b4s so It's it's all in like this is the home Stretch so yeah it turns out that we're Not going to get that news today Officially but I wasn't necessarily Expecting that as I said in my video Yesterday just reporting on the rumors Out out there um and then there's this And this talk about a rumor yeah we we Got to talk about this so there's a Couple posts on your screen from Tim Copeland he's the editor and chief for The block and uh Black Rock got some Money lined up check this out van X Matthew seagull just said he's heard From a well-placed source that black Rock has $2 billion dollar of capital Lined up from existing Bitcoin holders That want to rotate into spot Bitcoin ETFs in week one and here here's the Full quote I heard from a pretty well
Sourced well-placed source that black Rock has more than $2 billion lined up In week one in new incremental flows From existing Bitcoin holders who are Adding to positions I can't vouch for That but you know that's what everyone Is doing just making phone calls and Trying to find the folks who can write Checks into these products and our Estimates that you know if that's $2 Billion happened in week one you know Know that would blow away our estimates We're at $2.5 billion in the first Quarter of trading uh which we do by Looking at the past outflows into the First gold ETF and adjusting by the US Money supply and we have a $40 billion Market opportunity over two years based On the similar analysis end quote so Basically what they're getting out here Is right at the gate the demand would be Substantially greater than what uh Anyone was expecting reasonably so I'll Still say this cuz there's the question Of uh does this mean number go up only Up I'm still going with it to buy the Room or sell the news thing because even Even if there's some sort of substantial Flow and it's right at the gate um it Happens and then it's done and then I Still think you're going to have with This you should expect this you're going To have incremental growth that is Meaningful over a span of years and
Decades that's reasonable to expect so Even if right at the gate there is this Big number even if there's a burst There's going to be a lot of people that Have been purchasing Bitcoin for for the Last I don't know 12 months that are That'll be happy uh happy to start Taking some profit so the question is Even if that's coming what's the uh What's the supply side look like you Know who's who's going to be selling on The on open markets that's the question So again happy to be wrong I'll I'll say It again I'm happy to be wrong if if This thing's just going to be a if it's Going to be a buy the news situation Fine just about never happens but if It's a buy the news situation instead of A sell the news Okay uh here Al Balunas had commentary on that and he Wrote this caught my attention too Hadn't heard this but it would be on Brand for Black Rock they've lined up And injected big cash into new ETFs on First day of trading so it registers as Volume SL flows if it's true $2 billion Would blow away all first daywe volume SL assets under management records for An ETF so this would be the biggest one Basically in history and it would be for Bitcoin which we were invested for first So I get it I understand why people are Excited
But uh again even if it's the case like I look I find it totally plausible that You know on the breaking of the news When it comes next week I could Absolutely see that there would be a Huge candle to the upside massive money Flowing it I'm just saying in the not Too distant future after that we'll see It's a sell the news that that's my Guess happy to be wrong here you have Scott milker known as The Wolf of all Streets sharing the following with his 92,000 followers on x On this topic he wrote I've been beating This drum for months hard I can't Imagine a world where an ETF gets Approved and black rock comes out flat They've been lining up assets under Management while Larry Fink has been on His media Road Show okay and I can buy This if this is true if this rumor turns Out to be true and it doesn't be coming From people who are not likely to just Be making up Nonsense uh I can buy that but it's just A question of what will the actual Impact be and that's where I personally Am a little more a little more skinnish But you guys tell me what you think That's the latest so this thing's coming Though it's it's it's pretty much all Sewed up so those are the latest Insider Leaks for you I'm not a financial Adviser you should not buy or sell
