Tokenizing the debt on The xrp Ledger is One of the best ways to provide a floor Price for the asset Itself period full stop just like the Information that we learned about the Dtcc last week on the same day that the Case was dismissed against Brad Garlinghouse and Christian Lson we know that the dtcc settles over Two quadrillion worth of security Derivative products every year without Fail Ripple Stellar ethereum EOS and Other distributed Ledger protocols will Be used to settle those digitized Tokenized products in the future using Those protocols and more Right understanding tokenizing the debt Tells me that there's an opportunity Here because we do have a two-tiered Financial System I currently see it now and it Could change if we get more information They could do a wholesale Cbdc begin tokenizing the debt establish That cbdc at a certain denomination Price on the back end and you have quite The system to repatriate the physical Dollars to that digital wholesale cbdc On the back end and basically you're Issuing new bonds off of that new cbdc Isn't that right which is tokenized ing The debt that's how you do it then There's this quite an interesting clip Here listen to what David Schwarz says

Prospects of success on appeal are very Slim and I feel generous today so I am Giving it 3% chance of success on appeal Well let's take a look at that shout out To him for that and this is attorney Jeremy Hogan right here we're going to Get a look at what he says on this Thread which is amazing he says for all Intents and Purposes the Ripple versus SEC case is Over yes important hearings will be held In the coming months deciding a judgment Up to $770 million is of course Important but your time and hand ringing Over this case is done in my opinion he Says here the SEC dismissed the rest of The case so there will be no trial next Year the facts have been set nothing new Or surprising will be coming out which Means the court will be issuing a final Judgment probably sometime next year Only Ripple needs to worry about that The case could of course settle any time Before the final judgment is entered That's one possibility if not both the SEC and ripple can file appeals the SEC Has indicated that it will appeal fair Enough so statistically what are the Chances of winning on appeal and here he Says here luckily we have statistics Which tell us as you see below the SEC Has a 14.2% chance of winning on appeal 14.2% and I think it's fair to say that
The manner in which the judge wrote her Opinion very fact-based at a minimum Does not increase that chance for the SEC and so what happens if the SEC Appeals next year and the appell at Court sides with it in 2025 this is why we love Jeremy here he Walks us right through it because of the Way the judge wrote her order the Appellant court would have to send the Case back down to the trial judge for Further judicial findings and Determinations read on he says as to Other distributions of xrp you can see In fn8 that the judge did not make Findings as to her second and third Prongs of the ho Only the trial judge can do that so what Do uh what would the judge rule who Knows but you'd have to think there's a Chance she would rule for ripple knowing She's already done so right same thing With programmatic sales if the appell at Court agrees with the SEC uh it would Still have to send the issue back down To trial for court further Determinations it says here suggests That the judge has given some Credence To fairs ripples Fair notice defense Then you have here uh then after the Judge makes a second round of judicial Determinations it can be then be Appealed again for Appel at court now With all issues ruled on and only then
Could the SEC win on appeal and leave With a victory unless Ripple appeals to The Supreme Court so the SEC has to one Not settle two win on an appeal 14% Chance three get through more hearings Four win on another appeal or something Like that and that's not even taking Into account a possible act of Congress A change of political regime or Something else I can't think of so That's why I say for all intents and Purposes this case is over unlike on TV A lot of legal cases end with a whimper And a drag on for a year after the main Issues have been locked in and I think That's where what we will see here P.S I Just learned about Emojis there we have it ladies ladies And gentlemen he says I've now done the Math and taking into account the chance Of a win on AAL surviving more Litigation and still being able to Maintain the lawsuit against Ripple in The 26 the chance of the SEC winning is Exactly 2.36 7% same odds as the Jets winning the Super Bowl there you have that right There that's not Financial advice for me Him or anyone else it's just our digital Perspectives and I just want to give a Big thank you to Jeremy Hogan John Deon Bill Morgan James filin and everyone Else out here at Fred RIS poy there's so
